The US-American author CJ Hopkins was acquitted today by the Tiergarten District Court. Why the case is bigger than Hopkins - and unfortunately not an isolated case.

What happened to all mentioned in your article, had little to do with the display of the Hakenkreuz/Swastika but could easily be used as a weapon against you for political reasons. Of course, I have seen the Swastika used in newspaper articles or other media numerous times over the decades. Interesting that those authors or media outlets never seem to have incurred any accusations let alone a law suit.

It doesn't seem to make sense or something is "lost in translation". You were first acquitted, right? Then you appealed (why if you had been acquitted?) and the appeal was rejected? And then your lawyer appealed again?

There is no left thought crime in Germany and you can plaster your home in Mao, Lenin, Stalin, Marx paraphernalia as much as you like.
